    Good place with free wi-fi, fitness center, and 24-hour security. On my first stay, the staff helped me find tasty food, which I still remember. I'll return for Christmas!

    High-class and first-rate hotel, our stay was enjoyable.

    It took only 5 minutes to walk to Behrenstrasse bus stop. Everything was second to none and the staff was outstandingly helpful and extremely helpful. We stayed in a brand-newroom with a wonderful view of the gate and a bathroom, as example.

    Magnificent and unbeatable location, luxury bathroom.

    Functional & well furnished room, with a Nespresso coffee machine and a writing table. Top-class hotel, 19 miles from Berlin Brandenburg airport.

    The luxurious rooms, very well cared for. Spectacular bathroom. Everything with a classic decoration. Very clean everything . Incredible breakfast with everything you could wish for, including caviar and champagne. The reception staff, solicited, polite, very professional. Attentive to solve our entrance / exit in a fast way. The best image of the hotel. It is also worth mentioning the staff in the dining room, at breakfast time. Kind, friendly, attentive to all our wishes. Both the German and foreign staff are excellent professionals. Special mention to Mrs. Berta, who knew how to guide and understand our requests. She made us feel very well, like at home.

    The rest of the staff. Cold, distant, unwilling to listen or have patience with anyone who does not speak German or English well, especially some members of the Concierge staff.

    Excellent luxury hotel, near the Brandenburg Gate and the Museums island. Very good service and food.

    A bit far from public transportation due to the usual works on Unter Den Linden.

    would definitely recommend for one night

    Spacious room, comfortable bed, with free Wi-Fi and a really good breakfast buffet that included made-to-order omelettes, all just a short 5-minute walk from the S Brandenburger Tor.

    Everything was exactly right.

    The hotel is beautiful and strategically placed to see all the sights of berlin

    The reception staff,with the exception of 1 woman,are beyond useless... do not pay by debit card> make sure your key works

    Amazing hotel with great attention to every little detail. Service was outstanding with turndown service several times a day. The room was very beautifully designed and the bathroom was exsquisite. The front desk and concierge service was very helpful and again was outstanding.

    The courtesy of the staff. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were excellent. The food was good and there was a nice ambience.

    It was difficult to find my way from my room to the swimming pool - the directions need to be clearer or a map provided!
